We didn't have time, so we also would love to stay here again. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, always with a smile on face. Its magnificent, central location was a plus:)))

This place is nice and clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly, rooms are impeccably clean and functional with nice towels.

The bed with hypoallergenic pillows was big and the room itself was large and functional. A hairdryer, bathrobes, and shower caps were available there.

Location: the hotel was short walk to many bars, restaurants and shops as well as Casa Sofia Tulum. Spent a nice evening at Il Bocconcino, located just close to the venue.

Perfect check-in, marvelous and convenient location just off the main street as well as the road to Koba. An easy walk to Las Pinturas. Functional & huge unit with a refrigerator and ceiling fan plus lovely decor.

This place has a perfect and convenient location near Dos Aguas Park and is within easy reach of restaurants and bars.

The room had towels, a hairdryer, bathrobes, and shower caps in the bathroom. the hotel was close to the ruins, a bike rental shop, and near the center.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is very close to the center of town and right in the center of all the restaurants downtown. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing suggestions on where to eat delicious food. Additionally, there is a pool for guests to enjoy, along with a roof deck to relax and a refrigerator available for use.

There were some issues with the hot water during my stay.
